Lewis and Clark firefighters and paramedics help work the scene of a simulated bus crash during a training exercise.

Volunteer firefighters from the Lewis and Clark Fire Department honed their skills during a mass-casualty simulation Saturday at the Nygaard Logging dry-sort yard in Lewis and Clark. More than 20 people volunteered to don fake injuries and act as victims in the exercise which simulated a collision between a bus and a car.
