E. Gerry Duvall

Timber worker, 57E. Gerry Duvall, 57, of Poulsbo, Wash., died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2003, at his home.

Mr. Duvall was born May 20, 1945, in McMinnville, to Wallace W. and Margaret A. Armbrust Duvall. His mother survives, residing in Tualatin.

On Aug. 9, 1969, he married Pamela G. Pitts in Seattle. She survives, residing in Poulsbo.

Mr. Duvall graduated from Nestucca High School in Cloverdale in 1963 and from Lewis and Clark College in Portland in 1968. He worked in the timber industry for 30 years. He lived in the Fort Stevens area from 1980 to 1985 and worked for Crown Zellerbach.

He enjoyed gardening, music and spending time with friends and family. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, Douglas G. Duvall of Eugene and Gregory W. Duvall of Poulsbo; a daughter, Laura D. Duvall of Portland; and a sister, Sheri D. Ambrose of Lincoln City. A sister, Lucia D. Duvall, died earlier.

Memorial service is 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22 at the Calvin Presbyterian Church, 10445 S.W. Canterbury Lane, in Tigard.
