South Bay Wild Fish House, 262 Ninth St. in Astoria, was voted as having the best seafood in Oregon during Yelp’s Best Seafood in Every State 2025 contest.

“This ‘charming’ restaurant is a family affair. Rob Seitz, who owns the sustainability-focused spot with his wife, Tiffani, catches the Dungeness crab and Oregon Pink shrimp on his own boat with son, James,” the Yelp story says. 

And, well, the numbers don’t lie. On South Bay’s Yelp site, the restaurant has 4.5 stars (out of 5) with a whopping 492 reviews.
