Ayla DeCoraggio, the new owner of The Fox and the Fawn, an upscale consignment boutique, is holding a fundraiser for a different nonprofit charity each month. Beginning April 1, and continuing through the month of April, The Fox and the Fawn is hosting a FUNdrive to raise funds for River Song Foundation, a local, nonprofit that rescues stray, abandoned and feral cats, and provides them with full veterinary services.

Donations of clothing, household goods and jewelry can be dropped off Wednesday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the shop, 1008 Commercial St.
“We have the capacity to be the change by taking what’s not wanted and putting it where it’s needed,” DeCoraggio said. “I believe it’s not what we have, but what we do with what we have that matters.”
