The Oregon Health Authority has announced that as of April 25, Caring for the Coast LLC is licensed as a Comprehensive In-Home Care Agency, an agency that provides medication administration and nursing services in addition to the personal care and homemaker services they have previously offered to Clatsop and Tillamook counties.

This classification change allows our agency to offer more services to our clients, and ultimately, it allows us to help more people, said owner of Caring for the Coast, A.J. Siegmann. Individuals desiring care in their own home, in many cases, wont need to contact multiple agencies to receive services. We believe this is a wonderful addition to each of the communities we serve.

Headquartered in Astoria, Caring for the Coast LLC has been providing in-home care services along the North Coast of Oregon since 2007, and employs nearly 50 people. All caregivers have gone through additional training to earn this designation.
