The former Owl Drugs and more recently, Stevens Fine Clothing store at the intersection of 12th and Commercial streets, owned by Hotel Elliott, will soon become a new location of Seaside-based Tora Sushi Lounge. Tora owner Wilfrano Melo said he plans to open the new location the first week of February, shortly before Valentines Day. More information will be forthcoming closer to the opening.
