The new branch replaces the Youngs Bay Plaza branch, which has been in service since 1996.
Debi Smiley, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, said the Youngs Bay branch served its members well, but the new facility offers more room and more convenience.
Now that weve continued to grow our membership base, we realize we needed to find a location to allow us to continue this growth and better serve our members, she said. Well have two drive-up lanes vs. the one drive-up lane, and well have a drive-up ATM vs. the walk-up ATM, so this allows us to better serve our members.

Warrenton, especially the burgeoning area around Costco, was an excellent choice for a branch, she said.
Smiley said the company is pleased with the work done by its local contractors.
Weve been very pleased with Rickenbach Construction and all the other local contractors weve been able to partner with to build this building, so were pleased to be supportive of the community in that respect as well.
The full-service branch will employ eight. A grand opening is planned for June 19.
