Grace Marian (Moe) Wallace was born February 1, 1925 in Astoria, Oregon, to Pareli and Olga Moe. She went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 27, 2013.

In March of 1944, she married James Verstell Wallace. Jim preceded her in death last year after 68 years of marriage.

Grace devoted herself to being a loving wife to Jim, and a devoted mother to her four children. She loved to cook and collect recipes and cookbooks. Her biggest hobby was working crossword puzzles, which she did practically every day of the year. Everyone with whom she came in contact fell in love with her and her sweet and quiet spirit. It didnt take her long to know their life stories.

Grace is survived by a daughter, Sandy Perkins of Meridian, Idaho; son and daughter-in-law James R. and Tammy Wallace of Tehachapi, Calif.; daughter and son-in-law Deborah and Randy Puckett of San Antonio, Texas; Tina and Charles Corpus of Sherman Oaks, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her sister Agnes Wood, one granddaughter and one great-grandson.

Memorial service to be held at March 15, 10:00 AM at Ascension Lutheran Church, Thousand Oaks, CA followed by a graveside service at Conejo Mountain in Camarillo, CA.
