Anita Ginn, 82, of Venice, Fla., formerly of Astoria, died Monday, Dec. 31, 2007, in Venice.

She was born Dec. 20, 1925, in Astoria, to Ernest J. Manula and Esther M. Karjalainen. She was raised in the Clatsop County area.

On Dec. 6, 1945, she married Capt. Benjamin “Frank” Ginn. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by a daughter.

A memorial will be conducted at 2 p.m. Jan. 22 at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C.
