Victoria Lynn Russell-Raya, infant, was born and died Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, in Portland.

She is survived by her parents, Cheryl Rose Russell-Raya and Juan Angel Aldaco Raya of Astoria; a twin sister, Estela Rose Russell-Raya of Astoria; a sister, Hailee Betta Anne Russell-Raya of Astoria; three grandparents, Shelli Russell of Astoria and Estela Raya Baca and Juan Manuel Raya, both of Mexico; six aunts, Leona Russell of Astoria, Maria Guadalupe Raya of Mecalin, Texas, and Maria Esmeraida, Maria Del Rosario and Yasmin Elizabeth Raya and Claudia Maria Del Rafugia, all of Mexico; an uncle, Burl Russell of Astoria; and four great-grandparents, Sally and Jim Riffle and Cheryl and Greg Long, all of Spokane, Wash.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Astoria First Assembly of God Church, 1715 Seventh St.

A private graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Astoria.
