Management staff change announced by New Northwest Broadcasters

New Northwest Broadcasters has announced a change in management for its stations in Clatsop and Pacific counties.

Jim Servino, who has been general manager for the past 31/2 years with New Northwest Broadcasters has been named vice president for business development.
Prior to New Northwest Broadcasters purchase of radio stations here, Servino served as general manager of KAST-AM and FM since 1986.
Ray Ed-wards is the new General Manager of the six local radio stations owned by New Northwest Broadcasters here. Edwards was most recently the General Manager for Citadel Broadcasting in Spokane, Wash.

New Northwest Broadcasters owns 43 radio stations in six markets including Yakima and Tri-Cities, Wash., Billings, Mont., Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kalamath Falls and the Astoria area.
The stations affected by the change are KAST, 1370AM, news and talk; KKEE,1230AM, oldies; KSWB; KAST-FM, 92.9FM, soft rock; KCRX, 102.3FM, classic rock; KVAS, 103.9FM, country; KAQX, 94.3FM, and today’s hit music; Q94.3.
