Astoria’s Voodoo Room at 1102 Marine Drive hosts acts from all over the musical universe this week.

Tonight, independent record label Not Not Fun Records brings its top three music groups – Jacob Smigal, My Sexual Dad and Weirdo Begeirdo – to the Voodoo at 9 p.m.

The Kitchen Syncopators play stringband, blues, ragtime, jazz and jug band music at 9 p.m. Friday.
