GEARHART — Illume Property Partners, founded in 2007, purchased North Coast Rentals in September. Erlin Taylor, co-founder of Illume Property Partners, renamed the business North Coast Property Management because of the new services available, including an in-house maintenance and construction team.

“We know access to construction and maintenance services is an area of challenge in every city,” Taylor said. “We wanted to bring these services to the coast.”

North Coast Property Management serves Astoria, Seaside, Gearhart and Cannon Beach. Kim Seaberg, who joined North Coast in 2021, continued with the company following the sale. North Coast Property Management also maintained the office at 588 Pacific Way in Gearhart, and property listings on its website at northcoastrental.com.
