DUII arrests At 10:44 p.m. Friday, Astoria police arrested Mike A. Heisey, 26, address unknown, in a parking lot in the 900 block of Duane Street for driving under the influence of intoxicants and had his vehicle towed. He was cited and released at Clatsop County Jail.

At 11:05 p.m. Friday, Oregon State Police cited Trisha Irene Scarborough, 39, of 36275 River Point Drive, Astoria, for DUII on State Highway 202 at milepost 8, after her vehicle went off the side of the road and struck several mailboxes, then crashed into a ditch. Scarborough was not injured. Her blood alcohol lever registered 0.20 percent, OSP reported. She was cited and released at Clatsop County Jail, and her vehicle was towed.
At 1:26 a.m. Sunday, a Clatsop County Sheriff’s deputy arrested Henry Alan Schacher, 25, of 91158 Youngs River Road, Astoria, for DUII on Surf Pines Lane at U.S. Highway 101 in Gearhart. He was cited and released at Clatsop County Jail.
At 8:28 p.m. Sunday, a Clatsop County Sheriff’s deputy arrested Jarrod Seth Roe, 20, 42075 Bachman Lane, Astoria, for DUII on Old Highway 30 at Karpen’s Airport Road. He was cited and released at Clatsop County Jail.

At 10:02 p.m. Friday, Seaside police arrested John Elwood Clark, 73, of Portland for driving under the influence of intoxicants at Avenue U and South Edgewood Drive.
At 12:33 a.m. Saturday, Seaside police arrested Eric James Sexton, 28, of 810 No. 9 S. Holladay Drive for DUII at 10th Avenue and S. Holladay Drive.
Vehicle break-ins At 1:50 p.m. Friday, Astoria police received a report that various cables and modems had been taken from an unlocked vehicle in the lower parking lot behind Charter Cable in the 1200 block of Duane Street.
At 3:11 p.m., a Qwest employee reported to Astoria police that a $700 IBM personal digital assistant had been taken from an unlocked vehicle.
Burglary At 4:02 p.m. Thursday, Gearhart police reported a burglary at the Gearhart Storage units at 3899 Highway 101. It is not known if any items were taken.
At 3:20 p.m. Friday, Gearhart police reported a broken window and a damaged front door at 524 B. St. It is not known if the burglar gained access.
At 1:06 p.m. Saturday, Seaside police reported an unknown person attempted to gain entry to Judge Robert Moberg’s law office at 842 Broadway Drive.
Drug arrest At 11:52 p.m. Saturday, Astoria police arrested Darin James Larson, 34, of Astoria, for possession of a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a weapon and lodged him at Clatsop County Jail.
