Lord Wicklow’s Tea Room will present “The Art of Afternoon Tea” with Arnetta Guion from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday. The art of taking tea will be discussed by Seaside’s own world traveler and tea connoisseur, Guion, who has taken tea in various places on the Orient Express, in Germany at the Black Forest, in France and London and has studied tea in Japan.

At the Mother’s Day tea service, each lady will receive her own complementary china cup and saucer and will learn how to care for it. In addition to the lecture given by Guion, there will be a proper afternoon tea in Lord Wicklow’s team room located inside A Riverside Inn at 430 S. Holladay Drive in Seaside.

All sandwiches, finger foods and pastries are hand made at the Inn.

Cost is $25 per person. Seats are limited to 16. To reserve a seat, visit the Inn or send a check to Margaret Mason, A Riverside Inn, 430 S. Holladay Dr., Seaside, OR 97138.
