Remember when each summer the casts couldn’t wait to gather at the Plummer Home in Warrenton to play, eat, sing and have fun?
Thanks to Betty, Bud and Walt alumni can do it again.
An old-fashion Shanghaied family picnic is from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Mary Todd is cooking, Del Corbett is offering additional savory salmon and Paula Fisher is bringing a cake. Participants should provide their own beverages.
There will be a volleyball net, and several other games to entertain the troops.

Driving Directions to: 1215 S.E. Pacific Ave Warrenton and
the 20th Anniversary Shanghaied In Astoria Alumni Picnic are:
1. Start out going Southwest on U.S. Highway 26 toward S.E. Marlin Avenue in Warrenton (0.57 miles).
2. Turn left onto old U.S. HIghway 101 (0.35 miles)
3. Turn slight left onto Astoria Airport Road/S.E. 12th Place. (0.40 miles)
4. Turn left onto S.E. Pacific Avenue (0.01 miles)

“Shanghaied in Astoria,” in its 20th year, is performed at The Finnish Meat Market, 279 W. Marine Drive. Doors for open the evening performances at 7 and show time is 7:30. Doors open for the Sunday afternoon Matinees, at 1:30 and show time is 2 p.m.
Ticket prices range from $17 to $10 ( group rates are available as well as senior and child discounts.) Tickets can be purchased by calling 325-6104.
