Scoular held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday to mark the Omaha, Nebraska-based company’s opening of a new fishmeal processing plant. The venture, the first business to build at the Port of Astoria’s Airport Industrial Park, is a partnership between Scoular, Da Yang Seafood and Bornstein Seafoods.
