Jo Cobb of Kennewick, Wash., and Bob Smith of Auora, Colo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Anita S. Howard of Seaside, to Jonathan T. Smith of Knappa. He is the son of Ray and Sandra Smith of Knappa.
