The city of Coos Bay has contracted with Johnson Rock Products, Inc. to repair a portion of the southbound lane of South 10th Street, between Anderson Avenue and Blossom Gulch Elementary School. For safety reasons during construction, this portion of the southbound lane on South 10th Street will be closed from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Flaggers will direct traffic in the vicinity of the work. Anticipate short traffic delays as the contractor makes repairs. The contractor will take all precautions and necessary actions to minimize the disturbance to surrounding residences and vehicles. The contractor will be performing this work as weather permits on either April 8 or April 9.
