Two Cannon Beach stores merge

A longstanding business in Cannon Beach for 20 years, Maggie’s women’s apparel boutique and Henry’s casual cotton clothing store have now merged into one larger store. Now called Maggie & Henry’s, the business has moved from its former space at the north corner of Sandpiper Square on N. Hemlock Street to the south end of the square.

Owners Paul and Margo Dueber say the new establishment was once two separate spaces but they chose to expand and remodel in January to create one spacious store. The project was finished in March and the Duebers moved their business into the new space shortly after. Maggie & Henry’s grand opening was held on Nov. 4.

Described as a “casual beach apparel store”, Maggie & Henry’s carries gifts, weekend wear and sophisticated apparel with classic comfort.

“Our focus is on the Pacific Northwest,” says Margo. “We’re not resort-focused, we like to carry something for everybody.”
