Attempted assault

• Davina M. Lakeman, 47, of Quesnel, British Columbia, was arraigned Friday for attempted assault in the second degree constituting domestic violence, unlawful use of a weapon, driving under the influence of intoxicants, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.

Forgery

• Austin E. Taylor, 40, of Astoria, was arraigned Friday for possession of a forged instrument in the first degree and forgery in the first degree.
