Two long time Peninsula businesses are sharing new offices in Long Beach.

These days you’ll find both Western Coastal Mortgage and Beachdog.com at 1517 Pacific Avenue North.

Western Coastal is the oldest mortgage company on the Peninsula. It offers services such as home loans, reverse mortgages and special credit help for first home buyers. The company spent a decade at its previous location at 811 Pacific Highway in Long Beach’s First Place Mall. Western Coastal is owned by Mikel Burns.

Beachdog.com owners Keith and Keleigh Schwartz have operated out of Seaview for the past decade. Their marketing and design firm provides tourism marketing services, including business cards, brochures, letterhead and websites.
