ASTORIA – Karen Radditz has joined Larry Martin Realty.

With 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, Radditz is a certified negotiations expert, a certified residential expert, an accredited buyer’s representative and a principal broker.

She said she specializes in helping homeowners prepare their home for the market with staging, using her background in interior design.

She is active in several community groups, including the Columbia Memorial Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, the Assistance League, and the Astoria Golf and Country Club.
