Dutch Bros. opens in Astoria

Notice a traffic jam along U.S. Highway 30 today?

It might be because Dutch Bros., the largest privately held drive-thru coffee chain in the country, opened its Astoria location today at 468 Marine Drive, offering free drinks from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. tonight.
