David and Leslie Haskell announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelby Jane Haskell, to Justin Craig Gagnon. He is the son of Mark and Denise Gagnon. They all reside in Astoria.

The bride-to-be is a 2010 graduate of Astoria High School. She is currently a student at Portland State University.

The prospective groom graduated from Astoria High School in 2011. He is also currently a student at Portland State University.

An Aug. 25 wedding is planned in Astoria.
