Heather Alta Michaelson of Warrenton, daughter of Earlla Qualin of Warrenton and Tim Michaelson of Seaside, exchanged wedding vows with Peter Thomas Kleinau of Warrenton Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011, at Warrenton Christian Church. He is the son of Peter L. Kleinau and his wife, Diane, of Andes, N.Y., and the late Rena Rose Kleinau.

Katrina Smith performed the ceremony. The bride was walked down the aisle by her father and grandfather, and she was given in marriage by her parents. The music for the ceremony was a CD of music by Sean Pomeroy of Svensen, the brides nephew.

Maid of honor was the brides cousin, Toni Pomeroy of Svensen. Flower girl was the brides niece, Skylar Sitser of Warrenton. Ring bearer was the brides nephew, Levi Cabalona-Qualin of Ocean Park, Wash. Best man was the brides nephew, Gage Michaelson of Astoria. Usher was Hunter Michaelson of Astoria, also the brides nephew.

A reception downstairs in the church followed the ceremony.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Warrenton High School.

The groom graduated from New Dorp High School in Staten Island, N.Y., in 1998.

The couple, who reside in Warrenton, took a wedding trip to Portland.
