For the first time since St. Mary’s Hospital closed in 1970, Providence Health & Services has a presence in Astoria. A blessing and open house recently were held for the Providence Heart Clinic-North Coast, with offices in Astoria at 1355 Exchange St. and in Seaside at 725 S. Wahanna Road. The clinic operated for several years as Columbia Cardiology before joining Providence.
