Dennis’ 7 Dees expands with produce market

SEASIDE – Dennis’ 7 Dees, located at 84794 U.S. Highway 101 S., is opening a Farm Fresh Produce Market Friday in Seaside which expands the garden center offering, and will supply only the best selection of fresh and organic produce on the coast. KAST AM and KVAS FM will be onsite to celebrate the grand opening event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

David, Dean and Drew Snodgrass, all partners in the company, continue in their father’s footsteps. Dennis’ 7 Dees has been a family owned business since 1956, and is currently one of the largest coastal garden centers selling annuals, perennials, color hanging baskets, vegetable plants and nursery stock. The company prides itself on providing plant material that is proven to thrive in the local coastal climate. The new expanded offering supports the community farmers with locally grown, seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs.

Dennis’ 7 Dees is committed to promoting a sustainable community. “It’s about growing what you love and what is good for our community,” said David Snodgrass. “We are now doing that from seed to market.”
