Brigham joins Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group

Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group, which has done business on the North Oregon Coast and in the Portland metropolitan area for over thirty years, recently added Lynn Brigham to its executive team.

Brigham, who has owned and operated North Coast Realty in Gearhart for many years, will take on the role of principal broker and manager of Windermere Cronin & Caplan’s Gearhart and Cannon Beach branches.

“Lynn Brigham will be an enormous asset to the Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group management team,” said President and owner, Brian Allen. “I have great confidence in Lynn’s ability to oversee our company’s operations at the Gearhart and Cannon Beach branches as we leverage his expansive local knowledge and breadth of leadership experience in coastal real estate.”

Ten agents also join Brigham from his former North Coast Realty office in Gearhart. They are Pam Birmingham, Beverly Dowell, Tracy Gardner, Jim Eiler, Norma Keever, Michael T. Manion, Tammy McCullough, Bethel Honan, Doris Strumme and Pam Vitas.

Brigham brings over twenty-five years of experience in real estate, operations, and management to Windermere Cronin & Caplan. Prior to 10 years owning and operating North Coast Realty, he worked at Pete Anderson Realty for 15 years.

Brigham is also the past president of the Clatsop County Association of Realtors and the association’s past Realtor of the Year. Brigham graduated from Seaside High School and the University of Oregon.
