TLC Federal Credit Union has named Julie Stallsworth assistant vice president of operations for the Astoria branch. Stallsworth joined the TLC Federal Credit Union team in 2003 as a mortgage loan officer. Her scope of work broadened over the years to include consumer lending for the Seaside branch, where she has overseen operations since 2006.

Stallsworth has been involved with Warrenton High School Scholarships Inc. for the past six years. She also served for nearly six years as a board member with United Way of Clatsop County, where she was president, past president and campaign co-chairwoman. She has also been involved in UWCC’s annual event, Iron Chef Goes Coastal.

TLC Federal Credit Union announced the promotion of Mardi Cokley to mortgage and consumer loan officer. She will assist members with all aspects of consumer and mortgage loans at the Seaside branch. Cokley, who most recently held the position of assistant vice president in charge of the Astoria branch, joined TLC Federal Credit Union in 2004 as a member service representative.
