SEASIDE – Brittney Moe, a graduating senior from Jewell High School, and her mother, Crystal Curtis, hosted by the Seaside Elks Lodge, attended the Oregon State Elks Association awards and banquet held Jan. 19 at Keizer Elks Lodge.

As a state finalist placing fourth in the state judging, Moe will receive at least $7,600 in scholarships: $1,000 from Seaside Elks Lodge, $1,600 from the Northwest District, $1,000 from the Oregon State Elks Association and, after completing a second application, at least $4,000 from the Elks National Foundation.
