WWC Business Solutions Inc. has announced that it has recently hired Erik Svendsen, a certified public accountant from Vancouver, Wash., to join its professional staff.

Mike Wallis, CPA and President of WWC Business Solutions Inc. stated “Erik Svendsen brings with him more than 12 years experience in public accounting and private industry. Formerly a tax manager at Moss Adams, LLP in Vancouver, and chief financial officer of Joel Olson Trucking, Inc. in Vancouver, he has a breadth of experience in tax planning and preparation, tax research, business and financial consulting and accounting, as well as business operations and cash flow management.”

Svendsen graduated cum laude from Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. A CPA for 11 years, he is licensed in both Oregon and Washington and is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. His experience with both small and large-sized accounting firms, and his work as the CFO of an 80-truck trucking company, has given him exposure to a wide range of clientele and numerous personal, business and tax issues faced on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.
