Sexual abuse

• Christopher M. Pruitt, 41, of Beaverton, was indicted Thursday for sexual abuse in the first degree and unlawful sexual penetration in the second degree.

• Elijah M. Barry, 21, of Seaside, was arraigned Monday for sexual abuse in the second and third degrees.

Kidnapping

• Ethan K. Adams, 36, of Astoria, was arraigned Thursday for kidnapping in the first degree, assault in the second degree, unlawful use of a weapon, strangulation, attempted animal abuse and assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence.

Strangulation

• Seth R. Humphries, 35, of Astoria, was arraigned Thursday for strangulation, coercion, assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence and harassment.

Aggravated theft

• David W. Nichols Jr., 36, of Hammond, was arraigned Monday for aggravated theft in the first degree, theft in the first degree, burglary in the first and second degrees, being a felon in possession of a firearm, violating wildlife tag, license or permit requirements and angling in violation of wildlife law.
