Methinks the city of Gearhart should fire the dumb cluck who drew up the proposed (anti) chicken ordinance. Said document is so absurd, I’m almost surprised it does not require chickens to be potty trained.

Anyone on the city council foolish enough to vote for this measure should be promptly recalled.
