WARRENTON – University of Oregon graduate Bryan Belcher will present his senior project, developing Seafarer’s Park at the Hammond Marina in Warrenton, twice on Tuesday, at 2 p.m. at the Serendipity Caffe, and at 7 p.m. at Warrenton City Hall.

Belcher has spent the past nine months finishing his landscape architecture degree focusing on the future of the park. He is also interested in shipwrecks along the Columbia River Bar and has found creative ways to link historical sites in Warrenton and Astoria.
