CMH?names new pharmacy manager

Columbia Memorial Hospital has announced the appointment of Jim Francis as the new manager for the Pharmacy Department. Francis comes from Boise, Idaho, and has 25 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
Francis graduated from Fort Vancouver High School in Vancouver, Wash. He enrolled at the University of Washington with a major in chemistry, but then transferred to the pharmacy department. He received a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, then a master’s degree in hospital pharmacy at Ohio State University. He completed a residency in hospital pharmacy, and has had pharmacy experience in Washington, Ohio, Illinois, Utah and Idaho, in hospitals from 40 to 1,100 beds.
