Columbia Memorial Hospital has welcomed two new providers: Tyler Schulz, doctor of osteopathic medicine, who is joining the CMH-Oregon Health & Science University Health Cardiology Clinic, and Jesse Loughlin, who is joining the hospital’s emergency department.
Schulz recently completed his general cardiology fellowship at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, where he also completed an internal medicine residency. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association.
Loughlin recently completed a sports medicine fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital in Massachusetts, with a focus in rural medicine. He was chief resident at a Harvard-affiliated emergency medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
He also worked as a resident scheduling director with the Boston Red Sox, where he ensured adequate resident physician staffing of the first aid station during each home game.
