Assault

• Mark J. Lacy, 59, of Astoria, was arraigned Tuesday for assault in the third degree, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief in the second degree.

DUII

• Mackenzie N. Alaga, 24, of Seaside, was arraigned Tuesday for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Marnell D. Paasch, 44, of Colbert, Washington, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII.

• Lisa J. Vieira, 56, of Hood River, was arraigned Monday for DUII.

Driving charges

• William W. Strozier, 45, of Seaside, was arraigned Monday for criminal driving with a suspended or revoked license.
