RiversZen co-founder speaks on ‘workplace wellness’

The Lower Columbia Human Resource Management Association presents, “Workplace Wellness,” featuring Peggy Stevens, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 4 at the Fort George Brewery, 1483 Duane St. Stevens is the co-founder of RiversZen Yoga in Astoria.

Long periods of sitting, poor body mechanics and bad breathing techniques have an effect on a company’s bottom line. This session shares simple things any business can do to support the health of its employees.
