Clarifications, corrections

There are some corrections and clarifications needed for Tuesday’s 1A story, “Get your veggies and more at local virtual store.” The North Coast Food Web was started in 2011, not 2013. Most of the market’s products, “99%,” come from a 100-mile radius. And while Funding for the Free Food Box program does come from a United Way grant and community support, donors include: City of Astoria, Oregon Food Bank, 100 Women Who Care and the Schnitzer Fund. Donations also come from the Bottle Drop, not Bottle Gift, program. The Astorian regrets the errors.
