In “The state of homelessness in Clatsop County,” a story that ran on A1 in the Jan. 31 issue, a statement was incorrect. According to Monica Steele, the assistant Clatsop County manager, the funding stream that was reduced was the Behavioral Health Resources Network, a state grant, not the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, which is a federal grant. In addition, the service providers listed — Clatsop Community Action, Clatsop Behavioral Health, Helping Hands and Iron Tribe — are fully funded for this fiscal year. The Astorian regrets the errors.
