Burglary

Daniel Bineabi Kolokolo, 43, of Seaside, was arraigned Monday on charges of burglary in the first degree, theft in the second degree and criminal trespass in the first degree.

Clayton Anthony Grant, 48, was arraigned Monday on charges of burglary in the second degree.

Credit Card Fraud

Anthony Merle Rushton, 43, of Astoria, was arraigned Monday on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and identity theft.

Menacing

Chet Lee Garrison, 25, of Arch Cape, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and recklessly endangering another person.

Assault

Nixon Alberto Renaldo Fadersair, 57, of Seaside was arraigned Wednesday on charges of assault in the fourth degree.
