Willy R. Funk, 44, of Warrenton, was arraigned Monday on charges of assault in the fourth degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and harassment.

Unlawful use of a weapon

Brandon J. Albright, 39, of Astoria, was arraigned Monday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and disorderly conduct in the second degree.
