Letter: ‘Loss of democracy is a very real possibility’

Frankly I, and most of my friends, were shocked and horrified that we being drawn into a situation that could lead a war! The blatant aggression, under the guise of drug trafficking, when in fact was oil resources … and the comments that other countries who don’t comply may be targeted, as well?

The current regime is undermining Congress and the judicial system! The democratic checks and balances are not working. What happened to our elected representatives! Please, please, U.S. Sens. Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley, U.S. Rep. Suzanne Bonamici, and state Rep. Cyrus Javadi, if you really do support us, speak up.

Make your voice heard, including protecting our innocent immigrants, just because they fit the ICE profile. Every concerned publication states the loss of democracy is a very real possibility!
