Felon in possession of a firearm

Thomas James Cifelli, 46, of Seaside, was arraigned Monday on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, DUII and reckless driving.

Unlawful Use of a Weapon

Jeffery Jerald Skotland, 59, of Gearhart, was arraigned Monday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, assault in the fourth degree, disorderly conduct in the second degree and harassment.
