Avamere at Seaside earns deficiency-free state survey
SEASIDE — Avamere at Seaside, an independent living and memory care community, has earned a deficiency-free state survey, which was conducted Nov. 3 to 5. This on-site inspection, conducted by the Department of Human Services (DHS), is based on state compliance guidelines.
The survey examines resident quality of care and quality of life, dietary services, fire safety and environmental services, and includes interviews with residents, residents’ family members and employees.
This deficiency-free survey shortly follows Avamere at Seaside’s 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights.
