I work downtown, and the first weekend of April I didn’t even realize a protest was happening until some people came through the shop with signs. During my break, I went to take a quick look, especially since traffic seemed backed up.

I’ve never seen so much support — it honestly filled me with hope. Seeing so many people peacefully come together to raise awareness about important issues was truly heartwarming. There was so much love, support and unity.

People driving by were honking, showing support, and the energy was just beautiful. It reminded me how powerful a community can be when we come together for a cause. I’m grateful I got to witness it.
