Last term, the Supreme Court gave the nod to President Trump’s current lawless binge. Justice Sotomayor’s dissent predicted our current onslaught of presidential defiance.

“…When Presidents use the powers of their office for personal gain or as part of a criminal scheme, every person in the country has an interest in that criminal prosecution.” Also: “The Court effectively creates a law-free zone around the President, upsetting the status quo that has existed since the Founding.”

Now the president and his cabinet thumb their collective noses at the federal judiciary, even the Supreme Court itself!

It is time for the six members of the Supreme Court who signed on to this opinion to rectify their constitutional error and put an end to presidential terrorism.
