Coercion

• Deonte A. Powe, 34, of Gearhart, was arraigned Monday for coercion, menacing and assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence, harassment and reckless endangering another person.

Aggravated harassment

• Daniel L. Buren, 65, of Tigard, was arraigned Monday for aggravated harassment, assaulting a public safety officer, resisting arrest, criminal mischief in the second degree and escape in the third degree.

Assault in the fourth degree

• Joshua P. Diddens, 43, of Beaverton, was arraigned Monday for assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence.

• Dustin R. Amansec, 43, of Aberdeen, Washington, was arraigned Tuesday for assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence.

Unlawful use of a weapon

• Douglas C. Potter, 61, of Wilsonville, was arraigned Tuesday for unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Criminal mischief in the first degree

• Benjamen H. Pickering, 40, of Astoria, was arraigned Tuesday for criminal mischief in the first degree.

• Juan C. Ortega, 44, of Astoria, was arraigned Tuesday for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
