A blast of wintry weather has prompted several closures and delays throughout. Here’s the roundup as of 9 a.m. Monday: 

• Northwest Regional Education Service District Clatsop Service Center: Two-hour delay.

• Astoria School District: All schools are on a two-hour delay. Buses will be delayed two hours. Administrators are evaluating the weather conditions to determine the next action. Watch the website astoria.k12.or.us for updates.

• Warrenton-Hammond School District: Two-hour delay.

• Knappa School District: Two-hour delay.

• Seaside School District: Closed.

• Clatsop Community College: Classes, college services, and campus buildings are expected to open at noon.

• Jewell School District: Closed. After-school activities are canceled Monday.
